1. What phones are compatible with ALECO products? 

Crossbody chains, cords and adapters are compatible with all phones. 

ALECO crossbody phone cases are compatible with the following iPhone models:

    2. How can I find my iPhone size (model)?

    Please follow the below steps to identify your iPhone model:

    1. Open Settings 
    2. Scroll to General
    3. Click on About
    4. You can see your iPhone model here below the iOS version

    3. Do crossbody chains and cords come with the adapter or the phone case? 

    No, the adapter and phone case are sold separately.


    Shipping

    4. Where do ALECO products ship from? 

    All our products ship from Montreal, Canada. 

    5. What countries do ALECO products ship to? 

    ALECO products ship to the US and Canada. We are working on shipping to additional countries in the near future. 

    6. When can I expect my ALECO order? 

    Orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping times vary between 2 - 6 business days in Canada and 3 - 6 business days in the continental US.

    7. Are there customs/taxes on my order? 

    Orders shipped to a Canadian location will be charged applicable taxes at checkout. 

    US orders may be subject to taxes and custom duties collected upon delivery. Payment of any taxes and custom duties is the responsibility of the customer. 

    Returns

    8. What is your return and exchange policy? 

    We want you to be happy with your ALECO product. We accept the return or exchange of unopened products within 7 days of receipt. To initiate the return process, please email us at hello@alecomtl.com and let us know which item(s) you wish to return.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.

    Products to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

    Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you and process your refund/exchange.  You should see the amount refunded back to your original payment within 10 business days. 

    9. What happens if I receive a damaged product? 

    In the event that the product you receive is damaged, please send us an email within 48h of receipt at hello@alecomtl.com with a photo of the damaged item and a description of the concern. We will send out a replacement once the damaged product is sent back to us.

    About Aleco MTL

    During a trip to the stunning Côte d'Azur, I discovered beautiful crossbody cell phone chains. As a mom to an energetic little boy who is always on the move, I was delighted to find this practical and stylish solution to keep my hands free — whether it was for carrying my groceries or holding my son's hand.

    Back in Montreal, inspired by conversations with other moms at the park, the grocery store, the library, school, and even at work, I came up with the idea to create ALECO Mtl.

    The name "ALECO" is an affectionate tribute to my son Alexandre, whom we lovingly call Aleco.

    My goal? To offer crossbody cell phone chains, straps and cords that are both practical and elegant, perfectly complementing any outfit. With a crossbody chain, you'll never have to search for your phone again - it will always be within reach.
